Soup: Our soups are made at the café with our own stocks. An elegant and hearty combination of fresh ingredients makes them both familiar and unique. We offer two soups daily.

Quiche: Our quiche is carefully designed with the freshest ingredients combined with our café-made crust, farm fresh eggs and cheese and baked to perfection. All quiches are served with a side salad……………………………………….……………………………….$8.00

Orchard Salad- Crisp greens, blue cheese, pistachio, dried cranberries and grapes with café made sherry-shallot vinaigrette.

Theresa’s Billy Goat Barn Salad- Crisp greens topped with goat cheese, apples, cranberries and pecans served with fresh baked bread.

Brown Barn Chicken Salad- Chicken salad made with grapes, celery, apples, red onions and turmeric, mustard and pineapple reduction. All served atop a crispy bed of field greens.

Tuna Salad- A scoop of tuna salad freshly made with celery, mustard, onion and mayonnaise dressing on top of crispy greens.

Sandwiches- Served on one of the two café baked breads of the day. Sandwiches include a side and chips…………..…..$8.00

½ Sandwich- Served with a cup of soup or side salad of field greens. (does not include a side dish)

Theresa’s Billy Goat- Goat cheese with apple, cranberry, pecans and lettuce.

Brown Barn Chicken Salad Sandwich- Homemade chicken salad piled high on café baked bread with lettuce.

Tuna Salad Sandwich- The awesome tuna salad that is available on our salad menu made better by being parked atop our fresh baked bread with lettuce. If you’d like we can open it up and turn it into a tuna melt a well.

BLT- Anything better than bacon, lettuce, tomato and tarragon mayo on café baked bread? I didn’t think so.

Grilled Jarlsburg – Nutty Jarlsberg cheese sandwich with sweet and spicy mustard perfectly grilled
